Many years have passed since the first Memorandum of Association of CRDA came into effect.  The environment under which the existing Memorandum of Association was put into force has changed significantly, thus, calling for a serious revision on it so that it becomes responsive to the prevailing realities of the day.  CRDA, through self-review, has come up with its Mission, Vision and Strategic Aims, Objectives and Focus.
